Heartsaver AED

This course teaches basic techniques of adult CPR with the additional use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Students will learn how to use barrier devices during CPR, and first aid for choking emergencies. This course also helps students recognize the signs of four major emergencies: heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest, and foreign body airway obstructions.
